The Virtual GP and Second Medical Opinion services can be accessed by going to the HealthHero/RAM mini site, creating an account and making a booking – it’s really easy. You will be updated by email and/or text message with appointment reminders along the way. To create your account, you will need a unique identifier which can be found on the policy documentation.
