Risk Assurance Management is pleased to include an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for all employees (and their immediate family within the household) covered under Shepherds Friendly policies. The EAP is provided by HealthHero, a leading healthcare organisation offering innovative wellbeing services to businesses and their employees in the UK and Europe.
The following services are available under the Risk Assurance Management EAP.
Access can be gained by calling 0800 358 4158 any time, 24/7 and quoting your Employer’s unique reference number.
You will also be able to access the service on line by visiting HealthHero’s Wellbeing Hub at https://wellbeing.hub.healthhero.com and entering your organisations username and password.
HealthHero’s Wellbeing Hub is an excellent source of information and guidance on a very wide range of mental health and Wellbeing related topics. With access to monthly newsletters, insightful articles and short videos, there are lots of ideas on ways to improve your day to day wellbeing.
So whether you are worrying about something, need some practical information, or simply want to talk something through with someone in confidence, the EAP is there to help.
Details of the unique reference number for the phone line and username and password for the hub will be shared with your employer who will distribute to all eligible employees.
