RAM specialises in providing a first class service to the intermediary market on behalf of insurance companies. Our experienced staff are qualified to perform all administration functions of group risk business and regular training maintains standards in a rapidly changing industry.

The centrepiece of our administration operation is a computerised management system (RAMESES) which has been developed in house according to specific group risk requirements. Within the management system are separate bespoke quotation and administration systems which were built on site and based on specifications produced by our underwriters and administrators. This means the system as a whole is an incredibly specialist and valuable tool, providing pin-point accuracy at market leading speeds.

The administration and underwriting processes have been refined over the years and are embedded in detailed administration manuals which can be customised for a new insurer.

Management Information Reports including valuation statistics are also produced monthly as determined and agreed with insurer clients.
