How can I use this service?

If your Company’s life assurance is provided by us and you wish to use any of these services, simply call 0800 030 5182, free, at any time of the day or night and quote the name of your employer.

What are the opening times of the service?

24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Who will answer my call and will it be confidential?

Calls will be answered by a fully trained and qualified counsellor who will provide initial emotional support. Should it be needed, calls will be referred to additional advisors according to each specific requirement from each call. All calls are treated in the strictest of confidence and in line with The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) code of ethics.

The only time confidentiality may ever be broken is if there is a belief that the caller or a third party is in significant physical danger.

How much support is available?

There is no limit on the number of times a member or his/her family can call for help & support.

How secure is data?

RAM Ltd and Health Assured comply at all times with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in respect of any Personal Data and any present or future regulations made under or separate to the GDPR or any other legislation relating to the protection of Personal Data.

Can this product be upgraded?

Yes. Everyday life and just balancing the requirements of work and home can create pressures for all of us. To assist in achieving this balance, organisations can put a full Employee Assistance Programme in place for a small cost.
